Troubleshooting for:
- When opening a studio invite link to Riverside, the page says "Studio isn't live yet", "Live stream locked", or "Private Studio"
- Cannot see other people
- Cannot turn on mic or camera to record
Suggested troubleshooting
- Your studio invite link may accidentally be for an audience member instead of a guest.
- Ask the host to send a new studio invite link again for the correct role as plain text, like in the body of a new email. Or they can send it directly to you in an email from Riverside.

If you were expecting to watch the recording session as a live stream in the audience, the host needs to change the studio from private to public for audience members and start the stream.
- You may also need to reload the page.

You may be logged in as the editor member role in a Riverside for Business account.
