Troubleshooting for:
- Can't enter the Studio because the Connecting... button does not change to Join Studio
NOTE: Geographic Restrictions
Users in some countries may not be able to connect to the Studio to record video or audio.
Suggested Troubleshooting Steps
- Clear your browser cache
- Turn off browser extensions or create a new browser profile
If the above steps do not help, continue below:
- Open this pre-call connectivity test in your browser.
- Choose a mic and camera, then click Continue.
NOTE:
The page displays Testing…
You may see a prompt to allow the test to access your camera or microphone. Click Allow.
The test runs for about 20 seconds and then displays ✓ Test done.
If your device is unable to complete the pre-call test, you may be connected through a local network with a VPN or firewall. - Follow these steps to configure the firewall, or try to connect using a different network.
