How do I apply a discount code?

From time to time, Riverside offers promotions to new or existing customers who subscribe to one of the Individual plans. If you have a discount code or coupon, follow the steps below to activate it.

NOTE:
If you experience trouble applying a discount code, please reach out to Support.
Discount codes cannot be used for Business plans.

Step by step

1. On a computer, log in to or create a Riverside account.
2. Click the Riverside logo to go to the home page.

If you have a Free account

3. On the right side of the page, under Upgrade your Studio, click Upgrade now.
   Continue with step 7 below.

If you have a current subscription

3. In the top right corner of the page, click your initial to open the account menu.
   
4. On the menu, click Account Settings.
5. On the left side of the page, click Subscription.
6. Click Upgrade plan or Manage subscription & billing.
   Continue with step 7 below.

If you are purchasing a new subscription

7. Under Choose a plan, click the toggle to select Yearly.
8. Under the yearly plan you want to apply the code to, click Buy Now.
   The checkout page opens.
   
9. On the left, click Add promotion code.
10. Enter the promotion code.
11. Under Pay with card, confirm that the email address matches your Riverside account's email address.
12. Enter or update payment information.
13. Click Subscribe.
