If you purchased a yearly plan within 24 hours before the start of Riverside’s Black Friday & Cyber Monday campaign on November 25, 2024, please contact Support. We can retroactively apply the discount by processing a partial refund to your account.
Please note that we will only retroactively apply the discount if you reach out during the sale period of November 25 - December 2, 2024.
