Download ZIP File of All of a Session's Tracks

Users on a Riverside for Business account can bulk download all participant and shared media tracks from a recording session with a single click. Follow the steps below to download the tracks in a ZIP file.

Step by step:

  1. Using a computer, log in to your account.
  2. Click the Riverside logo to go to the home page.
  3. Choose a Production, then look for the relevant Studio and click View all recordings.
  4. Click the thumbnail of the desired recording.
  5. On the recording session's page, scroll to Tracks.
  6. On the right, click download.svg Download All.
    After Riverside finishes creating the ZIP file, it downloads automatically.
NOTES:
The ZIP file includes all tracks that have uploaded and processed. To create another ZIP file after additional tracks finish processing, click Download All again.

Inside the ZIP file is a folder for each participant containing their High Quality video and audio tracks as well as internet Backups, a folder with the All Participants Backup, and a folder with the Transcription files.
