If you aren’t satisfied with your Riverside subscription, you can cancel within the first 14 days of a new subscription and upon request, receive a full refund. Details of this policy are below:
The policy applies to new paid subscriptions and when you upgrade from the free plan to either the Standard or Pro subscription level. If you move from the Standard level to the Pro level, you can receive a refund only if you cancel within the 14-day trial period of the original purchase of the Standard subscription and make the request.
The 14-day trial period includes the first 14 days after upgrading from a free account to a paid subscription.
A refund request for a subscription canceled after more than 14 days will be dealt with on a case by case basis at our sole discretion. Refunds will only be issued to the payment method used to purchase the subscription.
It may take up to 14 business days for your refund to process via Stripe and appear on your credit card statement.
