If you recorded in a computer browser, you can see Snapshots from the recording session in the same browser window after clicking Leave or after the Host clicks End meeting for all.
The Host can also find and download Snapshots at any time from the recording session's page. Follow the steps below to download Snapshots.
Step by step:
- Using a computer, log in to your account.
- Click the Riverside logo to go to the home page.
- On the Dashboard, scroll to a specific Studio and click View recordings.
- On the Studio's Recordings page, click the thumbnail of the desired session.
- On the session's page, scroll to the Snapshots section.
- Hover over a Snapshot's thumbnail and click the three dots […] in its top-right corner.
- Click Download.
You can also click Share to post the image on social media.
