How long is the delay between the recording in the studio and the live stream people see?

There is about a 30 second delay, or latency, between the studio recording and the live stream viewers see on another platform.

NOTE:
You may be able to change the length of the delay using the settings of the other platform. For example, YouTube's 'Normal latency' setting is around 10 seconds but switching to its 'Ultra low-latency' setting reduces the delay to around 3 seconds.
