When you tap a Studio Access link on your mobile device, it should open a browser page with a link to open the Riverside mobile app. After connecting to the desired Studio to record, you should see the Host and any other Guests.
Troubleshooting for:
- The Riverside mobile app says Studio isn't live yet... or Private Studio
- Cannot see other people
- Cannot turn on mic or camera to record in app

You may have joined the Studio as an Audience member rather than a recorded Guest or a Producer. You can try fixing the Access link yourself, or follow the steps below to request a new link:
Suggested Troubleshooting Steps
If you received a Studio Access link or tapped a link in a calendar event
- Ask the Host or Producer to send the Studio access link again, but as plain text, like in the body of a new email or as a text message.
- Copy the plain text link.
- Paste the plain text link in the address bar of your mobile browser.
- Tap Go to open the link.
- Tap Join studio via app to open the Studio.
The Riverside mobile app launches and connects to the Studio.
If you received a Studio email invite from Riverside
- Ask the Host or Producer to generate a Studio Access link and send it as plain text, like in the body of a new email or as a text message.
- Copy the plain text link.
- Paste the plain text link in the address bar of your mobile browser.
- Tap Go to open the link.
- Tap Join studio via app to open the Studio.
The Riverside mobile app launches and connects to the Studio.
