If you encounter an issue when arranging tracks, trimming the timeline, or exporting clips from the Editor, try these troubleshooting steps.
- Remove your customizations to reset the clip:
- Click the Tracks
icon and select the check box next to each participant's track to temporarily remove it.
- Click the Layout
icon and select the standard Grid.
- Click the Background
icon and click
to remove any custom background.
- Click the Tracks
- Re-add your customizations to the clip:
- Click the Tracks
icon and select the check box next to each participant's track to add it.
- Click the Layout
icon and select your preferred layout.
- Click the Background
icon and select your preferred background.
- Click the Tracks
- Export the clip.
