Troubleshooting for:
- Editor is stuck
- Clip status is "Export failed"
If you encounter an issue when arranging tracks, trimming the timeline, or exporting clips from the Editor, the steps below may be able to fix it.
Suggested Troubleshooting Steps
- Remove your customizations to reset the clip:

Click the Tracks
icon and select the check box next to each participant's track to temporarily remove it.

Click the Layout
icon and select the standard Grid.

Click the Background
icon and click
to remove any custom background.

Click the Tracks
- Re-add your customizations to the clip:

Click the Tracks
icon and select the check box next to each participant's track to add it.

Click the Layout
icon and select your preferred layout.

Click the Background
icon and select your preferred background.

Click the Tracks
- Export the clip.
