Instagram does not support RTMP live streams from a computer without using third-party software. Even with this software, we do not recommend live streaming on Instagram because the video is cropped to a 9:16 ('portrait') frame that may crop out some of your participants in the Riverside Studio.
Discord does not support RTMP media streams. However, you could use Discord to share the screen of your Riverside Studio.
