Where can I find my mobile app's App ID and version for Support?

When you install the mobile app on your device, it creates a unique App ID code that can help Riverside's Support team check on technical details. Follow the steps below to find the App ID and copy it to your clipboard.

Step by step – Android and iOS app

  1. Open the mobile app on your device.
  2. Log in or create a new Riverside account.
  3. Tap the Studio name at the top of the page.
  4. At the bottom of the sidebar, tap copy.svg Copy number.
    The version number and App ID is copied to your device's clipboard.

The App ID is a string of numbers and letters that looks like AF0118999-8819-9119-7245-3CBC807932F1.

To paste the App ID, tap and hold on a text field and choose Paste.
