How can I change the email address associated with my Riverside account?

Individual Accounts

If you are using an individual account, contact our Support team to update your email address.

Business Accounts

If you are a member of a shared Riverside for Business account, contact the Account Owner, who can change it for you. They can do this by removing your current email from the account and then re-adding you to the account with the new email.

If you are the Account Owner, contact your Customer Success Manager to update your email address. If you don't have a CSM, contact our Support team.
