«To Manage your account: Overview
You can change the email address associated with your Riverside account, by following the steps below. The process differs based on whether you have an individual or business account, so be sure to follow the relevant steps for your plan.

Device: Computer browser
Individual accounts (Free, Standard, and Pro)
- On a computer, log into your account.
- In the top-right corner, click the account menu.
- Click Account & subscription.
- Next to your account's current email, click the lock icon.
- Check your email for a message from notifications@riverside.fm with the subject Verify it’s you.
- Check your spam or junk folders if you do not see the email.
- Open the email and click It's me.
- On the new page, type your new email and click Enter.
- Check your email for a message from notifications@riverside.fm with the subject Verify your new email address.
- Open the email and click Verify email address.
Your email address is changed to the new email.
Business accounts
If you are a member of a Riverside for Business account, contact the team's Account Owner, who can change it for you. They can do this by removing your current email from the account and then re-adding you to the account with the new email.
If you are the Account Owner, contact your Customer Success Manager to update your email address. If you don't have a CSM, contact our Support team.
