How can I extract the audio from a Cloud recording file?

Riverside's cloud recordings are files recorded over the internet during the live call. After the call ends, you can download them as MP4 video files.

To convert a MP4 video file into an audio file, follow the steps below.

TIP:
You can also download a participant's local High Quality Track in Raw Audio (WAV) or Compressed Audio (MP3) format or use the Editor to create and export an audio-only recording that combines the local High Quality Tracks.

Step by step – on a PC

  1. Download and install VLC Player, a free and open-source multimedia player.
  2. Download the desired participant's cloud recording or the session's All Participants cloud recording.
