Check your overall internet speed at Riverside is optimized to record your separate High Quality Track even with a spotty internet connection, but we recommend using a connection with an upload speed faster than 5 Mbps to maintain a smooth live conversation with other participants.

Riverside Business accounts and their Guests can check the stability of their computer's internet connection for audio/video conferencing with this pre-call diagnostic test or see these step-by-step instructions.

Even if your connection passes the pre-call test, we recommend you temporarily turn off any VPNs, browser extensions, content blockers, or firewalls before recording. Read more at Advanced: Configure Your Firewall to Connect to Riverside.

If a participant's poor internet connection is disrupting the conversation, the Host or Producer can enable Low Data Mode to turn off all participants' live video but keep recording it.
