The Editor's keyboard shortcuts can help you edit your clips more quickly:
Trim timeline and scrubbing
- Spacebar – Play/pause the video preview
- ⌘+Z or Ctrl+Z – Undo last change
- ⌘+Shift+Z or Ctrl+Shift+Z – Redo

+ or - – increase or decrease the timeline zoom

⇦ or ⇨ (arrow keys) – move along the zoomed-in timeline
Playhead
- S – Split the selected part of the recording at the playhead.
Text-Based Editing (Transcript)
- ⌘+F or Ctrl+F – Start a search
- Enter – Next search result
- Shift + Enter – Previous search result
- ESC – Close the search
- Backspace ⌫ – Remove selection from recording's timeline
- R – Restore (revert) selection
- T – Show/hide transcript
