«To Manage your account: Overview
Riverside is structured to keep your content seamlessly organized and easily accessible.
Here's how it works:
- Productions are available to Riverside for Business users and let you create multiple studios in order to organize your content easily.
- Users on all accounts record within their studio.
- Projects are where you manage your recordings, transcripts, edits, and uploaded media.
This structure ensures that everything is neatly categorized and easy to locate, making your recording and editing process more efficient and streamlined.

Productions
Riverside for Business users can use productions to organize content on the highest level.
We recommend creating productions for different use cases of your organization. For example, if your company has multiple podcasts, create a new production for each podcast so your content is always separated and easily findable.
Within a production, you can add a logo, set custom file names, and customize each studio's settings differently.
Studio
With any Riverside account, you can create your own audio and video content in your virtual recording studio. You can think of your studio as a "place" where you and your participants can record any number of times together.
Projects
A project stores all of the content from a recording session (or multiple recording sessions between the same participants within a three-hour period) or upload in one place, similar to a folder. It includes your transcripts, AI voice, Magic Clips, Full Episodes, external media uploads, high quality tracks, and more.
Projects add a layer of organization to your studio so you can easily group your work, whether it's by episode, topic, webinar session, live stream, guests, etc. You can always move recordings between projects, create new projects, and rename projects.
Recording sessions
The project's dashboard contains all the recordings that are created each time you start and stop a recording session. You can rename a session while in the studio or when you access it afterward. You can also move recordings between projects.
Edits and clips
After you finish a recording session, you can create Magic Clips, quickly finalize a full 'episode' of the session, or use Riverside's editor to customize and export the footage.
Separate high-quality tracks
Download the locally-recorded high quality tracks for each participant in the recording and any other media shared during the recording to use on professional editing software.
