Import Timeline to Adobe Premiere Pro

After you record in the Studio, you can export and download the recording as an Adobe Premiere Pro timeline. The ZIP file includes your High Quality Tracks and other files formatted to easily import and edit on Adobe Premiere Pro. Follow the steps below to import the timeline and files to Adobe Premiere Pro.

Step by step:

  1. Using a computer, download and install Adobe Premiere Pro.
  2. Open the ZIP file exported from Riverside
  3. Extract or unzip the ZIP file to a location on the computer.
    TIP:
    Follow these instructions for Windows or Mac.
  4. In Adobe Premiere Pro, create a new project.
  5. Click File and select Import.
  6. Using the file selector, navigate to the folder created in step 3.
  7. Select the XML file and click Import.
    The files appear in the Project panel: the Riverside timeline as a Sequence and the participants' tracks as Source clips.
  8. In the Project panel, double-click the Timeline/Sequence file to open it in the Timeline panel for editing.
