If your Logitech webcam uses the incorrect video refresh rate for your region, you may notice a flickering effect. Follow the steps below to change it using Logi Tune Desktop software.
IMPORTANT:
Riverside records video from Logitech 4K cameras at up to 1080p resolution to ensure high frame rates. This maximum resolution only affects the Studio participant/s using a Logitech camera.
Troubleshooting Steps
- Download and install the Logi Tune Desktop software.
- Connect the Logitech webcam to the computer.
- Open Logi Tune.
- Click My Devices.
- Click the desired webcam.
- Click the Settings tab.
- Select Anti-flicker.
- Toggle to use the other refresh rate, either:
- NTSC 60Hz (for countries in North and South America), or
- PAL 50Hz (for most other countries)
- Click Save.
