  • Default studio settings

    • General

      • Video layout: Choose between Fill or Fit to decide how participants’ videos are displayed in the studio. This only applies to the live video feed, recorded files are always in full frame.

      Recording

      • Recording mode: Choose between video & audio or only audio.
      • Audio
        • Noise reduction: Reduce background noise like air conditioners and laptop fans for all participants. This usually ensures the best audio quality but can compress audio files.
        • Audio sample rate: Choose between 44.1kHZ or 48kHZ. We suggest 44.1kHz when recording only audio, and 48kHz when recording video and audio.
      • Video
        • Resolution: Choose between Standard Resolution or Advanced.
        • Frame rate: Set the video frame rate between 24 FPS, 25 FPS, or 29.97 FPS
      • Language: Choose a language for your transcript and captions.
      • Recording start
        • Countdown timer: A five-second countdown will start after you hit record, giving you and your guests a heads-up before the recording begins.
        • Automatically start recording: The recording will start automatically as soon as the first guest joins the studio, no need to hit record. Test recording is disabled when this is on.
      • Advanced
        • Pause uploads: Hosts and producers can pause upload to improve the live session and reduce lag.
        • Screen sharing: Allow guests to share content during a session.
