Assign team member to a Production

Assign a member of your account to a Production team so they can access the Studios and recordings in the Production.

An Admin can also assign people if the Account Owner grants them permission.

IMPORTANT:

You must first invite the new team member to your Riverside for Business account using their email address.

On the Team members page

  1. Using a computer, log in to your account.
  2. Invite the new user to your Riverside for Business account using their email address.

  3. Open the top-right menu and click people_users-03.svgTeam settings.
  4. On the left, click Team members.
  5. On Team members page, next to the person you want to assign, click Edit.
  6. Click the Productions field and choose the desired Production/s, or click Select all.
  7. Click Update user.

On the Production Team page

  1. Using a computer, log in to your account.
  2. Invite the new user to your Riverside for Business account using their email address.
  3. Click the sidebar to open the list of Productions.
  4. Next to the Production to add them to, click ••• [the three dots].
  5. On the menu, choose participants-users.svg Production Team.
  6. Under Team members, enter the person's email address.
  7. Select their role.
  8. Click Send invite.

You can also choose which team members to add when you create a new Production.
