Assign a User to a Production

After a user has been invited to the account, assign them to a Production team so they can access the Studios and recordings within the Production.

An Admin can also assign users only if the Account Owner grants them permission.

On the User Access page

1. Using a computer, log in to your account.
2. Open the top-right menu and click Team settings.
3. On the left, click User Access.
4. On User Access page, next to the user you want to assign, click Edit.
5. Click the Productions field and choose the desired Production/s.
6. Click Update user.
   

On the Production Team page

1. Using a computer, log in to your account.
2. Click on the Production you want to assign users to.
3. On the left, click Production Team.
4. Enter the user's email address.
5. Select the same role the user has in the shared account.
6. Click Invite user.
