After recording with the Riverside mobile app, any remaining High Quality Track uploads will finish while the app is open. You can check their progress on the Upload Status screen.
If a track's upload percentage looks stuck on the Upload Status screen and does not increase, turn your mobile device off, then turn it back on. When you open the Riverside app again, the upload should resume and finish.
Step by step:
- Confirm that you have installed the latest version of the Riverside iOS app or Android app.
- Check that your device meets the iOS and Android requirements.
- Restart your mobile device and launch the Riverside app again.
