Riverside's dynamic layouts change the primary video track depending on who is speaking. Use the grid view to show all the participants at all times.
For the duration of a screen share, media board video, or shared presentation track, its video will be the primary frame.

Step by step
- On a computer, log in to your Riverside account.
- In the ☰ menu on the left, click the relevant Studio.
- Click the relevant recording.
- In the top right corner, click Edit and choose + Create new edit.
Or scroll to Edits and click a Draft or Magic Clip.
Grid layout
- Choose whether to keep the original aspect ratio of the videos or leave them cropped for a more compact layout.
- Choose whether to include spacing for gaps between the video frames.

- Active speaker's video track fills the screen.
Other participants are not displayed.

- Active speaker's video track fills the screen.

- Active speaker's video track is displayed largest.
