If your Android device has its microphone sensitivity too low or too high, adjust its settings so your voice sounds clear on the final recorded track. Follow the steps below to adjust the microphone settings on your device.
NOTE:
Android devices do not have a specific way to adjust audio input levels.
Step by step
- Open Settings.
- Tap Call Settings.
- Scroll to and turn off Noise Reduction.
- Restart the device and check the input volume level.
IMPORTANT:
A Host or Producer can adjust a participant's output volume to balance the sound during the live call, but this does not change the audio signal that is recorded.
