Troubleshooting: Clear Browser Cache

  • Pages not loading
  • Errors when using the Editor
NOTE:
The steps below apply to both Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge. If fixing low storage, use the computer and browser that has low storage.

Step by step

  1. From your Chrome or Edge browser, Copy and paste this link into the address bar:
    chrome://settings/clearBrowserData
  2. Press Enter to open the Clear browsing data settings window.
  3. In the Time range dropdown, select All time.
  4. Select the box next to Cached images and files.
    IMPORTANT:
    Clearing your browser cache will delete any local track files still on your computer. Be sure to finish uploading any remaining tracks with the same computer and browser first.
  5. Click Clear data (Chrome) or Clear now (Edge).

If you're using a Mac, use the Riverside MacOS Desktop app to avoid clearing your browser cache.
