When you record in the Studio on your computer, Riverside saves your locally recorded High Quality Track in your browser's temporary storage before uploading them.
If your browser indicates that you have low storage available, follow these steps to complete any pending uploads and restore the space.
Step by step
-
Using the computer and browser that has low storage, open Riverside.fm/Upload.
Any recorded tracks still on your computer finish uploading to Riverside. -
Join a Studio again or check your available browser storage to see if the low storage is resolved.
If not, follow the steps to turn off the browser's 'Clear Site Data' option.
After your track files are uploaded, they are erased from your computer's temporary storage to make space for new recordings.
TIP:
Allowing notifications from Riverside in your browser can also increase the total space available.
