Troubleshooting: Turn Off 'Clear Site Data' Option

When you record in the Studio on your computer, Riverside saves your locally recorded audio/video tracks in your browser's temporary storage before uploading them.

If completing any remaining track file uploads did not resolve the low storage, follow the steps below.

IMPORTANT:
Use the computer and browser that has low storage.

Step by step

  1. If using Chrome, copy this link:

    chrome://settings/cookies

If using Edge, copy this link:

    edge://settings/clearBrowsingDataOnClose
  2. Paste the link into your browser's address bar.
  3. Press Enter to open the settings for Cookies and other site data (Chrome) / Clear browsing data on close (Edge).
  4. Next to Clear cookies and site data when you close all windows, click the toggle to turn it off.
