When you record in the Studio on your computer, Riverside saves your locally recorded audio/video data in your browser's temporary storage before uploading it. Use the browser settings below for best results.
NOTE: Previous troubleshooting step
If you are troubleshooting to resolve a 'low storage' message on your computer, first try completing any remaining track file uploads, then follow the steps below. Use the computer and browser that has low storage.
Step by step – Google Chrome

- Paste the link into your browser's address bar.
- Press Enter to open the settings for On-device site data.
- Under Default behavior, choose Allow sites to save data on your device.
For step 4, you can also scroll down to Customized behaviors and find Allow sites to save data on your device, then click Add, and type in Riverside.fm.

- Press Enter to open the settings for Clear browsing data on close.
- Next to Clear cookies and site data, click the toggle to turn it off.
NOTE: Next troubleshooting step
If you are troubleshooting to resolve a 'low storage' message on your computer, join a Studio again or check available browser storage to see if the low storage is resolved. If it is not resolved, follow the steps on Clear Browser Cache.
