Troubleshooting for:
- Locally recorded track did not upload automatically from a computer
- Incomplete upload or stuck upload from a computer
- If you are using the MacOs desktop app, follow these steps instead.
Suggested Troubleshooting Steps

Using the same computer, browser, and browser profile you used to record, open the Upload page, Riverside.fm/upload ⇱.
If your track does not start uploading, continue below.
- Close any other Riverside tabs that you still have open, then re-open only the Upload page.
- Close the Upload page or any other Riverside tabs that you still have open, then re-open only a Riverside Studio, like the one you recorded in, and join it.
- Temporarily turn off content blocker tools like adblockers, VPNs, browser extensions, and firewalls. Then re-open only the Upload page.
