My track is not uploading (Computer)

Troubleshooting for:

  • Locally recorded track did not upload automatically from a computer
  • Incomplete upload or stuck upload from a computer

Suggested Troubleshooting Steps

  1. Using the same computer, browser, and browser profile you used to record, open the Upload page,
    If your track does not start uploading, continue below.
  2. Close any other Riverside tabs that you still have open, then re-open only the Upload page.
  3. Temporarily turn off content blocker tools like adblockers, VPNs, browser extensions, and firewalls. Then re-open only the Upload page.
