Accept guests waiting in the lobby

When your studio settings require guests to wait in the lobby, the host or producer must allow guests—as well as other producers—into the studio. 

Using a computer

1. Join a studio as the host or as a producer on a web browser or the Mac OS app.
2. When guests or producers request to join the studio, the studio's People sidebar displays their names under Waiting in lobby and a small pop-up notification displays their request in the bottom left corner. 

3. Click Let in next to a guest's name to admit them individually.
   Or, click Let everyone in to allow all waiting participants at once.
   

NOTE:
If you accidentally ignored a guest or producer's request, they can repeat the request.

Using the mobile app

1. Join a studio as a guest or producer on your mobile device.
2. When guests or producers request to join the studio, their names appear in the Asking to join alert.
3. To allow them to join, tap Let in.
4. Tap the See requests to see the full list of participants waiting in the lobby.
