Disconnect Riverside from social login (SSO for Google, Apple, Spotify)

You can sign up for Riverside using single sign-on (SSO) by connecting your Google, Apple, or Spotify account to Riverside. With this method, you don't need to create a dedicated password for Riverside.

Please note:
Per section 3.1 of the Terms & Conditions, the license to access the platform is "non-transferable." Users are not allowed to share their credentials. If you need multiple people to access the account, please upgrade to a plan with multiple seats.

To disconnect your SSO account from Riverside and create a dedicated Riverside password to log into your account, follow the steps below based on if you connected your Google, Apple, or Spotify account.

  • Disconnect Google account login

    1. Sign in to your Google Account.
    2. On the menu on the left, click Security.
    3. Scroll down to Your connections to third-party apps & services.
    4. Click See all connections if Riverside.fm is not visible.
    5. Click Riverside.fm.
    6. At the bottom of the page, click Delete all connections you have with Riverside.fm.
    7. In the pop-up window, click Confirm.
    8. Go to Riverside.fm/login.
    9. Click Forgot Password to reset and create a new password.
      Be sure to enter the same email address on the 'forgot password' screen that you use for your Google account.
  • Disconnect Apple account login

    1. Sign in to your Apple ID account.
    2. On the menu on the right, click Sign-in and Security.
    3. Click Sign in with Apple.
    4. In the pop-up, find Riverside.fm and click it.
    5. Click Stop using Sign in with Apple.
    6. Click Stop using to confirm.
    7. Go to Riverside.fm/login.
    8. Click Forgot Password to reset and create a new password.
      Be sure to enter the same email address on the 'forgot password' screen that you use for your Apple ID. 
  • Disconnect Spotify account login

    1. Sign in to your Spotify account
    2. At the top left, click your profile and choose Account.
    3. Scroll to Security and privacy and click Manage apps.
    4. Scroll to Riverside webapp and click Remove Access.
    5. Go to Riverside.fm/login.
    6. Enter the email address of your Spotify account.
    7. Click Forgot Password to reset and create a new password.
      Be sure to enter the same email address on the 'forgot password' screen that you use for your Spotify account.
