Disconnect Riverside from 'Log in with Google'

You can sign up for Riverside using single sign on (SSO) by connecting your Google account to Riverside. With this method, you don't need to create a dedicated password for Riverside.

To disconnect your Google Account from Riverside and create a dedicated Riverside password to log into your account, follow the steps below.

Please note:
Per section 3.1 of the Terms & Conditions, the license to access the platform is "non-transferable." Users are not allowed to share their credentials. If you need multiple people to access the account, please upgrade to a plan with multiple seats.

Step by step

  1. Open your Google Account (https://myaccount.google.com).
    This may require signing in to Google.
  2. On the menu on the left, click Security.
  3. Scroll down to Your connections to third-party apps & services.
  4. Click See all connections if Riverside.fm is not visible.

  5. Click Riverside.fm.
  6. At the bottom of the page, click Delete all connections you have with Riverside.fm.
  7. In the pop-up window, click Confirm.
  8. Go to Riverside.fm/login.
  9. Click Forgot Password to reset and create a new password.
    Be sure to enter the same email address on the Forgot Password screen that you use for your Google account.
