Reset Riverside Password

If you forget your Riverside account password or are locked out of your account, follow the steps below to reset the password.

Step by step:

1. Go to Riverside.fm/login and click Forgot Password.
2. In the Password Reset box, type the account's email address.
3. Click Send password reset email.
4. Check your email for a message from support@riverside.fm, subject Password Reset.
   

   NOTE:
   If you do not see the password reset email, check your spam or junk folders.

5. Open the email and click Reset My Password.
6. Riverside.fm's 'Reset your password' page opens.
   Type a new password in both fields.
7. Click Reset.
8. Go to Riverside.fm/dashboard and use the new password to log in.

IMPORTANT:
If you log in to Riverside.fm using your Google Account or Apple ID and want to create a new password, first disconnect your Google account or your Apple account.
