To cancel your Riverside subscription plan, follow the steps below.
Step by step
- On a computer, log into your account.
- In the top-right corner, click the account menu.
- In the top right corner, click the box to open the account menu.
- On the menu, click
Account & subscription.
- On the left side of the page, click Subscription.
- Click Cancel subscription at the bottom of the page.
- Indicate why you are canceling and click Continue.
- Continue to answer the rest of the questions until you see a message on the screen that your account is canceled.
If you cancel your subscription, you're moved to Riverside's free plan at the end of your current billing cycle.
