You can cancel your subscription or change it at any time. If you do cancel, your subscription benefits continue until the end of the current billing period. After that, you can still use a free account on Riverside to create, edit, and export recordings.

To cancel your subscription, follow the steps below.
Step by step
- On a computer, log into your account.
- In the top-right corner, click the account menu.
- Click Account Settings.
- On the left, click Subscription.
- Click Cancel subscription.
- Click Cancel subscription again to confirm.
Your account moves from a paid subscription plan to Riverside's free plan at the end of your current billing period. Your prior recordings are not deleted.
Using Riverside's free plan, you can download the first two hours of your account's recordings as separate High Quality Tracks. If you have made more than two hours of recordings in your Studios, you can still download clips and combined recordings.
