Change subscription plan from yearly to monthly

To change the subscription plan on your account or change from a monthly to a yearly billing cycle, follow the steps below.

Step by step

  1. On a computer, log in to your account.
  2. Click the Riverside logo to go to the home page.
  3. In the top right corner, click the box to open the account menu.
  4. On the menu, click user.svg Account & subscription.
  5. On the left side of the page, click Subscription.
  6. Click Upgrade plan.
  7. At the top of the pricing page, click the toggle to see yearly or monthly plans.
  8. Under your desired plan, click Switch to this plan.

If you change your account between monthly and yearly billing cycles, any remaining value from the old plan is converted to credit on your account. That credit is then applied to your bill for the new plan.
