Show each participants' full 16:9 video in Studio

Who: Host and Producers
Plan: Riverside for Business
Device: Computer Browser

When you record in the Studio, participants' video frames are sometimes centered and cropped to more easily fit everyone on-screen during the live call. Change the settings to override this and participants can see everyone's full-frame video at all times in their computer browser's Studio.

Before a Studio Session

  1. Log in to your Riverside account.
  2. Click the desired Production.
  3. In the list on the left, hover over a Studio and click ••• [the three dots].
  4. On the menu, choose Settings.
  1. Under General, scroll to Video layout.
  2. Click Centered or Full frame.
The next recording will use the selected settings.
