When you record in the Studio, participants' video frames are sometimes cropped to more easily fit everyone on screen during the live call. Change the settings to override this and show everyone's full-frame video at all times in the Studio.
Before a Studio Session
- Log in to your Riverside account.
- Click the desired Production.
- Under Studios, click the relevant Studio.
- On the left, click
Settings.
- Scroll to
Live Call.
- Next to Video frame, click Data save or Full frame.
The next recording will use the selected settings.
During a Studio Session
- Join a Studio as a Producer or Host.

Settings.
- Click
General.
- Under
Live Call, click Data Save or Full Frame.
The next recording will use the selected settings.
Locally-recorded High Quality Tracks are always recorded in full-frame video, usually 16:9.
