From the Help Center

Via email

  1. Click this link to open a new support ticket in your browser.
  2. Enter your email address, a subject line, and description of the issue.
  3. Select a Ticket Topic and relevant Sub-Topic.
  4. Add any attachments.
  5. Click Submit.
    A support agent will reply via email.

Via live chat

  1. Open a page on Riverside.fm and click Support.
  2. The Support widget opens.
    Your first responses to the RiverBot will connect you to the right support agent or help resource.

From the lobby

  1. At the bottom right, click the Icon (9).svg Help icon
  2. In the menu, click chat-support_message-square.svg Chat Support.
    The Support widget opens.

  1. From the top of the page, click the help-circle.svg Help icon.

  1. Log in to your Riverside account.
  2. Tap the studio name at the top of your screen.
    A menu opens from the left.
  3. Tap Contact support.

From elsewhere on Riverside.fm

  1. Scroll to the bottom of the page.
  2. Under Product, click or tap Support.
