- Before you reach out, log in to your Riverside account if you have one. This helps the Support team answer your questions more quickly.
- For help with a past recording session, please provide the session's Recording ID.
- You can also search our Help Center to answer questions and learn more about Riverside's features.

From the Help Center
Via email
- Click this link to open a new support ticket ⇱ in your browser.
- Enter your email address, a subject line, and description of the issue.
- Select a Ticket Topic and relevant Sub-Topic.
- Add any attachments.
- Click Submit.
A support agent will reply via email.
Via live chat
- Open a page on Riverside.fm and click Support.
- The Support widget opens.

From the lobby
- On the top right of the page, click Get Help.
- In the menu, click Chat Support.

- Log in to your Riverside account.
- Tap the studio name at the top of your screen.
