Hosts and producers can control when the studio is open to audience members. When the public audience link is enabled, anyone with the link can join to watch the live session. When disabled, access is restricted.

Step by step
- Join a studio session as the host or producer.
- At the top of the studio, click + Live stream or the add live stream destination icon
.
- Next to Go live on Riverside, click the toggle to turn it on.
When the toggle is on, anyone who has an audience invite link to the studio can watch the session.
When the toggle is off, anyone with an audience invite link will be blocked from entering the studio and will see a message like: Studio isn't live yet, or Private studio.
Good to know
- To livestream your session to audience members on Riverside, make sure to enable the public audience link before the session starts, allowing them to join the studio and watch the stream.
- For scheduled sessions, you don’t need to manually toggle the link - it activates automatically when the session goes live.
