Access Studio Settings from the Recordings Page

Each Studio in Riverside has settings that change the experience of the live conversation and the local recordings you create in it. Follow the steps below to access a Studio's settings from its Recordings page.

Step by step:

  1. Using a computer, log in to your account.
  2. Click the Riverside logo to go to the home page.
  3. Look for the relevant Studio and click View all recordings.
  4. In the list on the left, click Settings.
TIP:
Studio settings can also be accessed from the Riverside Homepage or in the Studio itself.
