Download a participant's Cloud Recording

Cloud Recordings are media files recorded over the internet during the live call. Follow the steps below to download one person's cloud recording track.

Step by step

1. Log in to your Riverside account.
2. In the ☰ menu on the left, click the relevant studio.
3. Click the relevant project.
4. Under Recordings, click on a recording. 
5. On the recording's page, scroll to Recording files.

6. In the row of the desired track, click Cloud recording.
7. Click  Cloud recording to save the MP4 video to your computer.
