The Riverside Studio creates three different types of recordings of each session: separate tracks, combined recordings and clips, and internet backups.
The Internet Backups are recordings of the call as it happens in the Studio. Backups have a lower resolution than the locally recorded separate tracks but they are useful as a reference or to review a conversation after the recording ends. The quality of the backups depends on the participants' internet connections during the live call.
Download backup tracks in the following formats:
-
Separate Internet Backup Tracks
Participants' separate tracks are available as MP4 video or MP3 audio files.
Download a participant's separate internet backup track on the Studio's recording session page or download a ZIP folder containing all participants' separate backup tracks. -
Composed Video Backup
The Composed Video Backup is a single MP4 file that includes audio and video from all recorded participants, as seen during the live call. It has a variable frame rate and all video tracks are arranged in a gallery view.
Download the composed backup on a session's page. -
Composed Audio Backup
The Composed Audio Backup is a single WAV file that includes audio from all recorded participants, as heard during the live call.
