Join a Studio as a Producer using iOS

Use the Riverside app to join a Studio as a Producer from your iOS device. Follow the steps below.

IMPORTANT:
Producers using the mobile app can be seen and heard by other participants. They can monitor the Studio but are not recorded. Join as a Producer from a computer for additional participant management functions.

Step by step:

  1. Download the Riverside iOS app.
  2. Open the invite you receive from the Host.
    NOTE:
    You may receive an invite link sent directly from the Host or a Producer invite email from Riverside.fm.  
    If it's a Studio Access Link:
    1. Using the iOS device, tap the invite link.
      The Riverside app connects to the Studio.
    If it's a Producer Invite email:
    1. Use the iOS device to open the email.
    2. In the email, tap Join Session.
      The Riverside app connects to the Studio.
  3. After connecting to the Studio, type Your Name.
  4. In the top right corner, tap Next.
  5. On the Lobby screen, preview your video.
    NOTE:
    If asked to grant access to the microphone and camera, tap Allow. 
    Tap the microphone or camera to turn them off or on.
  6. In the top right corner, tap Join to enter the Studio.
TIP:
If you are logged in to the Riverside app, you can also join your own Studio as a Producer by generating a Producer invite link for yourself.
