Invite someone to join the conversation in your Studio with a Studio invite email sent by Riverside.

Before a Studio Session 

1. Log in to your Riverside account on a web browser or the Mac OS app.
2. In the ☰ menu on the left, hover over the Studio, and click the ••• [the three dots].
3. Click Invite to record/Invite to studio.
4. In the Invite People pop-up under Invite via email, enter the participant's email address.
5. Next to their email, select their role.
6. Click Invite.
   Riverside sends them an email with a unique access link.

During a Studio Session

1. Join the Studio as a Host on a web browser or the Mac OS app.
2. At the top of the Studio page, click Invite.
3. In the Invite People pop-up under Invite via email, enter the participant's email address.
4. Next to their email, select their role.
5. Click Send invite.
   Riverside sends them an email with a unique link.
   

The link to the studio in the email is unique and is valid up until 24 hours after the start of the scheduled session. Studio links you send directly to a guest (outside of an invite email) are always valid.

Important:
For audience members, be sure the public audience link is turned on to enable audience members to join your recording session.
