Invite people to join the conversation with a studio invite link, which multiple participants can use to easily join your studio.

Follow the steps below based on if you're using a computer or your mobile device.

Create and share studio invite link using a computer
Before a studio session
- Log in to your Riverside account on a web browser or the MacOS app.
- Hover over the relevant studio and click the ••• [the three dots].
- At the top of the projects page click the
Invite to record icon.
- In the Invite People pop-up under Share a link, select the participant role.
- Click Copy link.

Paste and send the link to give someone access to join the studio.
During a studio session
- Join a studio as a host or as a producer on a web browser or the MacOS app.
- At the top of the studio page, click
- In the Invite People pop-up, under Share a link, select a participant role.
- Click Copy link.

Paste and send the link to give someone access to join the studio.
The link provides immediate studio access and does not expire.
Important:
For audience members, be sure the public audience link is turned on to enable audience members to join your recording session. -
Create and share studio invite link using your phone
Before a studio session
- Download and launch the Riverside mobile app.
- Navigate to the Studios list.
- Next to the relevant studio, tap the ••• [the three dots].
- Tap Invite to studio.

Tap the
Copy link icon next to the desired participant role to save the invite link to your device's clipboard.

Paste and send the link to give someone access to join the studio.
During a studio session
- Download and launch the Riverside mobile app.
- Join a studio as a host.
- On the bottom of the screen, tap the ••• [the three dots].
- Tap Invite people.
- Select the participant role.
